Spit Bridge to Manly Coastal Hike | Moderate 10km

Join us for a stunning coastal adventure along one of Sydney’s most iconic harbour tracks, the Spit Bridge to Manly Walk. This out-and-back trail features breathtaking views, hidden beaches, native bushland, and plenty of opportunities to cool off with a swim. With an option to return on foot or take the ferry from Manly depending on the weather and the pace of the group, it’s the perfect mix of exercise, scenery, and social connection.

This October, $1 from every Social Walks ticket sold will go to by the , helping Australians facing mental health struggles and the impacts of suicide.

📍 Meeting Point: Spit Bridge at the base of the steps (Ellery's Punt Reserve)

ABOUT THE WALK 💬
This iconic coastal track offers a stunning mix of harbour views, boardwalks, native bushland, secluded bays, and sandy beaches. The walk will go from Spit Bridge to Manly and back, with the option to catch the ferry home from Manly instead of walking the return leg.

GETTING THERE 🚗
🚉 Public transport: Buses run from Wynard Station regularly to Spit Bridge
🚙 Parking: Limited parking near Ellery's Punt Reserve — plan ahead
⏰ Please arrive on time so the group can leave together

AFTER THE WALK ☕
We’ll either finish back at the starting point or take the ferry from Manly if you choose not to walk the return leg (weather and group pace dependant).

⏱️ Walk lasts approximately 5–6 hours including stops
